Founded in 2007, Kwavel is the international brand of Yutian Senshuo Technology Co., Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer with nearly 20 years of experience in professional waterproof waders and protective apparel.
From our factory in Hongqiao Industrial Park, Yutian County, Tangshan, Hebei, we control the entire process in-house — material selection, injection-molded boot production, heat-welding, and final inspection. No middlemen, no outsourcing: when you order from Kwavel, you buy directly from the factory.

From Fabric to Finished Wader
Six steps, all under one roof in Tangshan. Nothing is outsourced — which is why we can quote a 3-day sample and a 7-day bulk lead time.
Fabric cutting
PVC and nylon fabric is cut to graded patterns, so every size in one order comes off the same marker.
Pattern making
Our pattern room turns your spec or a reference sample into a graded pattern. Samples ship in 3 days
Heat welding
Seams are welded, not stitched through — 100% heat-welded on every model we ship.
Seam sealing
Each welded seam is heat-sealed and pressure-checked before the boot is attached.
Sewing & assembly
Straps, buckles, pockets and linings are assembled on our own lines.
Final inspection
Every batch is checked for seam integrity and boot attachment before packing.
Visit Our Factory
Buyers are welcome to visit our plant in Hongqiao Industrial Park, Yutian County, Tangshan, Hebei, China. Send us your itinerary and we will arrange pickup, a full line walkthrough and a QC demonstration.
If you cannot travel, we run live video tours over WhatsApp — you see the cutting room, welding lines and final inspection in real time, not a highlight reel.
