About Our Waders

Are your waders 100% waterproof?

Yes. All Kwavel waders are fully waterproof regardless of style or fabric. Instead of ordinary stitching, the panels are joined with high-temperature heat welding, which seals every seam completely so water cannot get through — even in heavy use.

We regularly produce waders in PVC and nylon, including Taslan nylon, and the fabric can also be customized to your requirements. Children’s waders are 0.35 mm thick; adult waders range from 0.45 mm to 0.8 mm.

Children: sizes 25–36. Women: sizes 37–41. Men: sizes 36–47. Custom sizes are also accepted — just tell us your size range and we will confirm production.

MOQ & Samples

For our regular full-body waders, the MOQ is only 5 pieces. For other regular styles, it is 10 pieces, and you can mix styles in one order. For fully customized products, the MOQ is 60 pieces.

Yes, we provide samples for both stock styles and custom styles. The sample fee depends on the product, and it is refundable — it will be deducted from your bulk order. We dispatch stock samples within 3 days; custom samples depend on the customization. The customer pays shipping, but if you have a freight forwarder in China, we deliver to them free of charge.

Yes. As long as the total quantity meets the MOQ, you can mix different models and colors in a single order. Please discuss the exact combination with our sales team, and we will arrange it for you.

Customization & OEM/ODM

Yes. We can print your logo on the waders and on the packaging. Send us your artwork, and we will confirm the best printing method for your chosen fabric before production.

Yes. As a manufacturer founded in 2007, we offer full OEM and ODM services. OEM: we produce waders with your brand, logo and packaging. ODM: our development team helps you create new styles from your ideas or our in-house designs.

Yes, both are supported. You can choose custom colors, and we can develop new styles based on your drawings, photos or samples. Just share your requirements with our sales team.

Production & Quality

For regular stock styles, bulk orders can be shipped in about 7 days because we keep large stock in our warehouse. For customized orders, the lead time depends on the customization content — please confirm with our sales team.

Our products are CE certified and pass the China National Quality Inspection. Product test reports are available on request.

Our factory is located at Hongqiao Industrial Park, Yutian County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China, and was founded in 2007. Factory visits are welcome — and if you cannot travel, we can arrange a video tour instead.

Payment & Shipping

We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, and L/C is available for larger orders. For smaller orders, you can also trade with us through our store on Alibaba.com.

Our factory is close to Tianjin Port. We support both sea freight and air freight, and we can also deliver to your freight forwarder in China if you have one.

We work with customers all over the world. South America is currently our largest market, and we ship regularly to customers on every continent. Send us your destination and we will confirm the best shipping option.
