This wader size conversion chart puts every size we ship in one place: the EU boot size, the matching US and UK size, the foot length in centimetres, and the actual garment measurements for each model. All numbers are measured on finished waders on our own production line in Tangshan, China — they are not copied from another brand’s chart, which is why they will not always match the table you find on a retail site.
Two things decide whether a wader fits: the boot size and the garment dimensions. A size 43 boot is built onto waders made for different body heights, so the boot column alone never answers the question. Read both.
1. Boot Size Conversion: EU to US, UK and Foot Length
EU is the size stamped on every boot we ship. The US and UK columns follow common work-boot sizing and can shift by half a size between brands — when in doubt, go by foot length.

Kids’ sizes run from EU 22 to EU 36. Children’s waders are sized by the boot, so measure the foot rather than guessing from age.
2. Garment Measurements by Model
These are actual measurements of the finished garment in centimetres, not body measurements. Height rows are measured barefoot unless the row says otherwise. Allow roughly ±1 cm between production batches.

Printed and 3D-design kids’ models are cut as a jacket-and-bib shape, so they are listed by chest and body length instead of by waist:

Wading and rain boots

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A — cuff opening width | 24.5 | 26 | 27 | 28 | 29 | 30 |

A to D refer to the four measurements marked on the boot diagram in each product listing.
3. How to Use These Tables
Step one — boot. Match your usual EU shoe size, or stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, mark the longest toe, measure heel to toe in centimetres and read the cm column.
Step two — body. Compare your height with the “fits height” row (full body models) or check waist and thigh against the garment numbers. Because these are garment measurements, they should be a few centimetres larger than your body.
Step three — layers. If the wearer will have thick trousers or a fleece underneath, take one size up. Sizes can be mixed inside a single order, so a crew does not have to agree on one size.
The reasoning behind each step, plus the three sizing mistakes that send waders back, is in our guide on how to size waders.
4. Download the Printable Version
The same wader size conversion chart as a five-page A4 document, ready to print and pin up in a warehouse or shop. It works offline and includes the conversion tables and every model listed above.

5. Tolerances and Ordering Notes
- Measurements can vary by roughly ±1 cm between production batches. This is normal for welded PVC and coated nylon and is not a defect.
- If a measurement here differs from the number printed in a product photo, treat the photo as the older version and ask us to confirm before ordering.
- Minimum order is 10 pieces per model, 5 for full body waders. Sizes can be mixed within the minimum.
- Custom sizes are possible from 60 pieces per size run.
- One model is not covered here yet: the steel-sole range, whose size table we are still collecting from the factory. Ask us and we will send it.
Once the size is settled, the ranges are here: chest waders, waist waders, full body waders, kids’ and special fit and rain boots.
Need a size that is not in the table, a chart for a model not listed, or a set of samples to check the fit before a bulk order? Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we will measure the specific model for you.
